Ah, reading. My joy outside of college. Perhaps this coming semester, saner I hope, will allow me to pick up a book without gouging out my eyes at the thought of processing yet more information.

a) Reading “Blindness” by Jose Saramago. About the days following a sudden blindness epidemic and a reflection on the human condition in the 20th C. Highly recommended! b) Got a journal, resolved to write every day. c) Beginning ballet classes again with the university. yay! d) Subscribed to Orion Magazine, with some of the best journalistic pieces on environmental, social, political and spiritual issues. Highly recommended, as well.
